The dominant experience is not pain exactly. It is noise. Static. The kind that hums at a frequency just below what you can name.
The patterns loop. The same situations come back around. The ask is not for healing. It is for basic warmth, basic ground. Just get me through today.
Here is what I want you to know about tuning: it is not failure. Every great show starts with it. The noise before the music is not something to be ashamed of. It is a necessary step that cannot be skipped.
